Memberships are paid and give immediate access to digital content and online live experiences. Access starts right away so purchases are non-refundable once your membership begins.

Non-Refund Policy
Except where required by law or expressly stated below, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any purchases, including but not limited to digital content, subscriptions, virtual items, services, event tickets, and promotional offers.
Subscriptions & renewals
Billing: Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
Cancel anytime: You can cancel future renewals at your membership page. Cancellation stops future charges but does not trigger a refund of past charges.
Trials/intro offers: If you received a free trial or discount, standard pricing begins after the trial/intro period unless you cancel before it ends.
Chargebacks & disputes
Filing a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension and reversal of access to purchased items. We provide purchase and delivery records to payment providers to contest invalid disputes.
Promotional items & coupons
Promotional purchases, discounts, coupons, credits, gift cards, and referral rewards have no cash value and are non-refundable.

Legal Rights Remain
Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot be waived by contract. If the law in your region grants you mandatory rights (e.g., defective products, failure to deliver, statutory “cooling-off” periods), those rights still apply.
Digital goods & services
Digital goods, downloads, credits, boosts, or virtual currency are non-refundable and non-transferable once delivered/accessible to your account.
Defective or undelivered items (limited remedies)
If you cannot access a purchased digital item or service due to a defect attributable to us, contact support within 5 days of purchase at contact@dulcemoonb.net with proof of purchase and screenshots. Our remedy is limited to restoring access or re-delivering the item. Refunds are not provided unless required by law.
Third-party marketplaces
If you purchased through a third party (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play, Steam, Stripe-powered partner), their refund rules apply. Contact them directly; we cannot process refunds for third-party purchases.
Events & bookings
Tickets, reservations, and event fees are non-refundable. If an event is canceled or materially rescheduled by us, your sole remedy is (at our discretion) a reschedule or credit of equal value.
